Race Description

Join us for this OLD SCHOOL track meet for adults only! This is a unique competition where runners register for events and compete based on your gender and 1 mile pace time. You can compete as an individual or as part of a team. You can compete in as many events as you like.

There will be a designated area for team tents, in close proximity to the starting line. Teams can start setting up tents at 7:00am.

There will be awards for each event in each division, and an overall Team Meet Championship trophy awarded to the running club or team who has the most event champions.

There will be concessions available for purchase.

In addition, as part of your registration, you will receive a speedwork training program to keep you going strong all summer long.

Event shirts and singlets are available for purchase at the time of registration. These are technical performance fabrics with the track meet logo on the front.
