Race Description

The RunRaleigh Labor Day 8K is partnering with Capital RunWalk in Cameron Village and Omega Sports at Northhills to bring an exciting new race to Raleigh on September 2, 2012. The 8K will start at 3pm and the 1 mile fun walk will start at 4pm. All the proceeds of this race will benefit two non-profits: Pretty in Pink Foundation and Carolina Canines for Service. This race will start and finish in Downtown Raleigh in front of Tir na Nog 218 S. Blount Street. The scenic route will have runners passing by the Raleigh Downtown skyline and will be using portions of the paved Raleigh Greenway on the route. Tir na Nog will host the post race party. www.runraleighraces.com
