Race Description

Run10K Norwich – part of the Cancer Research Run10K Autumn race series, which welcomes men as well as women.

The course starts in the Norfolk Showground for the first 4k then moves out on to the road network through Easton College and back into the Showground. This route is mainly flat and the course has a good mix of terrain, providing an achievable but satisfying challenge for all participants.

Please arrive an hour before the start of your Run 10k event. There will be a stretch and warm-up half an hour before your run.
