Race Description

Run10K Hampton Court Palace – part of the Cancer Research Run10K Autumn Race Series, which welcomes men as well as women.

The course is set in picturesque surroundings. Starting in Home Park where the deer will be roaming the course travels on grassy pathways towards Wick Pond, then past Stud House towards Long Water, where you’ll get spectacular views of the Palace. The course then goes through Hampton Court Palace Golf Club and out onto the Thames Path. The last stretch of the route will take you right past the Palace, where you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful Palace Gardens.

The course is mainly on grass, until you reach the Thames Path, which is a gravel pathway. The course is fairly flat, but is still a challenge for runners of all abilities and a beautiful course for all to enjoy.

Please arrive an hour before the start of your Run 10k event. There will be a stretch and warm-up half an hour before your run.

Great run, fantastic setting. Thoroughly enjoyed the day despite the weather. Well done to all to participated and a big thank you to all the organisers.
One gripe – only 50p of the £3.50 car park fee went to Cancer Research. Whats that all about!
