RUN FOR VETERANS, after all they’ve done for us, it’s the least we can do for them! Come celebrate a late summer morning with our 5k or 1 mile Family Fun Run/Walk. Both courses will primarily utilize roads and groomed or paved pathways. Proceeds from the event benefit David’s Drive 831, a local non-profit that works to help active military, Veterans and those in need in our community. Bring the whole family- a great time for a great cause.

What’s in it for you, other than Pride for Your Country and feeling good? Each participant receives a goodie bag and those who register by August 15th are also guaranteed an Event T-Shirt in their size. Registration is $20 prior to 8/15/12 and $25 after 8/15 and on race day. Post Race snacks and beverages will be provided. Medals to the top overall male and female 5k finisher, and top male and female finisher in each age category.

HOW TO REGISTER- Online registration is available through Pretzel City Sports, the event’s Race Timers. https://www.pretzelcitysports.com/onlineform1.php?id=269 or search their event’s calendar for our event and print the application to mail.
