Race Description

Growing up in DC and being part of an American student, I’ve been doing school shooter drills since second grade. As I’ve learned more about gun violence in our country, I have realized more and more why we need better gun control.

This run is to raise money for better gun laws and gun control; all net proceeds will go to Gifford’s Law Center, a prominent gun control advocacy organization. The run is a 5k at Carter Barron Tennis Center in DC on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at 7:45 am. It is $45 per person with a t-shirt*, and $35 without.
