Race Description

The RNLI is holding its first ever Summer Series event in South Shields on Saturday 13 August. This fun family event includes a 10k (age 15+) and 5k (age 10+) run. All entrants will receive an RNLI T-shirt and a medal when they finish. Anyone is invited to enter, and all funds raised will go towards supporting the RNLI Lifeguard service on beaches in the area.

Entries cost just £18.00 (10k), £16.00 (5k) with all participants encouraged to raise as much sponsorship as they can.

There will be lots of fun on the day, including refreshments for all participants and education activities for spectators. Why not get a team together and join in the fun?
