Rat Race have joined forces with Shelter, to bring you the wettest, wildest, most action packed 10k ever! 16th August 2014

Are you ready to swim, wade, crawl, climb, jump, splash and run your way around our aquatic obstacle course and have a whole lot of fun en route?

Brought to you by Rat Race, the guys behind the legendary Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest urban assault courses, this is your chance to join 1,000s of Rat Racers at London’s ExCel centre for this wet ‘n’ wild 10km running course around Docklands, linking together many special water and shore based activities. Whether you do it solo, or form a team, all you need to take part is a pair of trainers and a sense of adventure.

And most importantly, every step you take – every splash you make, you’ll be raising money for families fighting homelessness in Britain today as every entry includes a £10 donation to Shelter.

Grab your spot on the start-line this August and come face to face with our massive 20 foot Dock jump, fun kayaking sections, wee swim splashes and loads of obstacles. On the day you can luxuriate in our undercover changing facilities, bring your friends and family along to enjoy the spectacle – and dive headfirst into the Docks.
