Race Description

Join the Stroke Association to make your New Year’s Resolution a reality with a run through the beautiful Delamere Forest. New for 2013, choose your distance of either 5k or 10k. Both distances will take you through the forest and around Blakemere Moss.

All runners will receive a Stroke Association T-Shirt (or running vest, for a small additional fee) and a medal.

The Stroke Association believes in life after stroke. That’s why we support stroke survivors to make the best recovery they can. It’s why we campaign for better stroke care. And it’s why we fund research into finding new treatments and ways of preventing stroke. The Stroke Association is a charity, we rely on your support to prevent stroke and change lives. Any sponsorship you raise for this event will help us to change the world for people affected by stroke.
