Race Description

RAMATHON – HALF MARATHON RACE – SUNDAY 8TH JUNE 2014 AT 10AM

We are delighted to announce the return of the Ramathon, sponsored by Oviso, on Sunday 8th June 2014! The scenic half marathon course starts and finishes in the magnificent grounds of Elvaston Castle, near Derby. The flat route utilises the stunning grounds and surrounding area and offers fantastic potential for a personal best time for seasoned runners but is also perfect for the first timers.

In addition to the main half marathon event, there will also be a Mini Ramathon around the grounds of Elvaston Castle. This fun run will be targeting young children and their families to participate as well as to provide entertainment whilst the half marathon event is taking place.

Please support the official 2014 Ramathon charities by donations or sponsorship – the Alzheimer’s Society and the Derby Mountain Rescue Team.

Strictly limited to 1,000 entries.
