Take on the Muddy Mission for Parkinson’s UK – this 5k military assault course will show what you’re really made of! Bring your friends, family and colleagues along for a real blast. You can expect to run, climb and crawl through 60+ challenging obstacles and lots and lots of mud! end end This annual race is one of the area’s oldest continually run events. Run through a tree lined canopy on the beautiful Wabash Trace Nature Trail, the race continues to attract many runners thanks to the unique beauty of the course. Setting in Lake Meadows, the 5k is timed to give runners a gun start time at the end of the race.
