This Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for the R and B Running Series—where movement, music, and community will come together to uplift mental wellness. Whether you’re walking or running, doing the 5K or pushing for the 10K, live DJs will keep your energy high from start to finish, spinning your favorite R and B jams. This is the only run where you’ll want to leave your headphones at home!

Tickets are available now, and all fitness levels are welcome.

It’s more than just a run—after the race, participants will enjoy live performances, food vendors, and a marketplace featuring local businesses and resources focused on mental health and wellness.

Best of all, your participation supports a powerful cause. Proceeds help fund group therapy sessions and mental health workshops for Black and other historically marginalized communities across the region.
