Race Description

Registration is open for the Platinum Top 50 2nd annual Charity 5K Fun Run and Walk set for Saturday, May 2, at 150 Timber Valley Trail in Flora. The race benefits Austin Pets Alive!, which pioneers lifesaving programs designed to save animals at highest risk of euthanasia.

Entry fees for the 5K are $30 for those registering online through May 1 or $40 on the day of the race. Awards will be given to the top male and females in the following age groups: up to 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 and up. Race day registration begins at 7:45 with the race starting at 9 a.m. Strollers and animals on a leash are allowed. The race course will meander through Flora, including along the community’s newly complete wildflower nature trails.
