Race Description

There is a distance for everyone 5k / 10k / Half Marathon

The Pittsburgh Wild Half will challenge you physically and mentally. You will leave with some of the best swag ever, enjoy some of the best post race refreshments, and most of all have fun.

This is the perfect venue to test your Pittsburgh Marathon training. All races will begin in Boyce Park, near the soccer fields at 545 Pierson Run Road, at 9:00am. Routes in all races consist of well marked single track trails and open grass fields, maps are available here.

This race comes with bragging rights. What makes this half marathon different is over 800 ft. of vertical gain. It goes up and down the ski slopes in Boyce Park and then summits Indian Hill the highest point in Allegheny County.

Awards will be given to first place male, and female, winners in every race division.
