Race Description

Fundraising 10k race in aid of the Hospice of the Valleys.

The 10k begins at Parc Bryn Bach in Tredegar, at 10am on Sunday, April 10. This will be the third annual race, and entry is at around 100 runners. The race will be professionally chip-timed, there will be goody bags and t-shirts for all runners and trophies for winners.

The park is used as one of the venues for the Elite series of triathlons, and is a picturesque country park with a large lake at its centre. The course is mixed terrain adn follows two laps of the lake and park’s golf course.
The park has a visitor centre serving refreshments, ample car parking, showers and changing rooms.
