Race Description

Omaha Classic Run/Walk Sunday 7th April
Scenic Coast, Challenging Run, Community Fun!

8:30am start at the Omaha Surf Club – Omaha is just 50 minutes drive north of Auckland. There are 10K run, 8K walk, 5K walk and 2K kids dash events. Registrations open online on 7th January 2013, with cut off at 8:00am on race day.

This event is in its fourth year and is growing annually, whilst a family friendly event it also offers a scenic and challenging race for runners of all abilities.

It takes place in the gorgeous Matakana Coast area, which is home to a flourishing wine industry, stunning scenic reserves, beaches and regional parks.

The event organisers invite you to experience the beauty that Matakana Coast has to offer by spending the weekend exploring the area.
