Race Description

This end of summer running tradition also welcomes walkers in the 5K.

Each race participant will earn a short sleeve technical shirt. After the race, enjoy grab and go snacks and fresh fruit in the cove.

Progressive Challenge! Work toward conquering the Eversource Hartford Half Marathon in October Whether the goal is finishing a first-ever half or racing for a PR, this series will motivate participants to greatness with weekly plans and training support! Participate in the following to earn the exclusive Progressive Challenge medal: UConn Health 5K (June 3), Old Wethersfield 10K, and the Eversource Hartford Half Marathon (October 14).

Be a part of the race tradition and donate nonperishable food to benefit Connecticut Foodshare, which supports individuals and families across the state by addressing root causes, creating long-term solutions, and distributing nutritious food through local partner programs to alleviate hunger.
