Race Description

A circular route around Seaford and the Downs starting from Marine Parade, Seaford, taking in some spectacular views over the Weald from the South Downs as well as the beautiful Downland Village of Alfriston and the Cuckmere Valley. The route is about 95% off road and will be marked. The course is challenging, but stunningly beautiful. Open to runners, joggers and walkers. Limited changing facilities and showers at Seaford Rugby Club. Age on date of race. Electronic tagging. All entrants are expected to have completed the course by 13.00 when official timing will end. Tagged race numbers will be given out on the day from 8.00am on production of email confirmations which will be issued from April 2013. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Closing date for entries 26 May 2013. No on the day or postal entries.
