Race Description

Pitch yourself against 100 other die hards as  you slog it out for 25 gruelling kilometres, over the roughest terrain Tyrone can throw at you and help raise £10,000 for Action MS.

50% of runners are knocked out at each stage.

Norn Ironman Challenge is a running climbing maybe bit of swimming,very hilly coarse,15 mile if u dont get lost!t hrough tractor tyres ect its tough and ive ran the paps of jura
