Race Description

We are looking forward to the National Capital 5 & 10K Run. The run is scenic, slightly challenging, and is part of the 2012 Champions Challenge program. We invite you runners and walkers to join in on the fun of this National Capital weekend of running, swimming, paddling, and cycling festival.

We think you will enjoy the run along the beautiful paved pathways along the tree lined Rideau River. You will be joining more than 1000 others in a day of fun and fitness, where there is an event for everyone of every age and stage. Whether you are fast or slow or you run or walk, you will feel welcome!
