Race Description

Miles For Hope will hold its Moving Towards a Cure® Brain Tumor 5K Run and Fun Walk on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 8 am in Memory Mall of the University of Central Florida campus in Orlando, FL. Proceeds will fund brain tumor research and provide travel assistance to brain cancer patients.

The event is open to all ages. Same-day registration opens at 7 am for 5K runners, 8 am for fun walk participants. The 5K run is chip-timed and will begin at 8 am. The fun walk begins at 9:30 am. Registration for adults is $20. Fee increases $5 after January 26. Registration is free for children under 6 years. Volunteers and event sponsors are welcome and needed.
