Join us on Juneteenth, Sunday, June 19th, 2022 for the 3rd Annual Move for Change on Jacksonville Beach!

Join us and run, walk or stroll as we run down the beautiful Jacksonville Beach starting & finishing at the Seawalk Pavilion.

Come celebrate this historic event with Founder Tanisha Crisp and the Move for Change 5K team. The Move for Change 5K is a walk/run that will influence wellness and health in communities while honoring black communities.

The #1 goal is to donate directly to the black community facing poverty or other hardships such as racial discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual assault. We will be donating to local families in need.

Youth (17 & Under) can register for free with a paying adult.

Childcare will be provided on the 17th & 18th.

About the Race

Participants will start and finish at the Seawalk Pavilion running South before turning onto the beautiful Jacksonville beach where you will run on the sand to the turnaround point and back to the finish at the Seawalk Pavilion.

There will be a water station at mile 1 that you will pass twice on this course. There will be water and electrolytes available at the station. There will be water, electrolytes & light snacks available at the finish line for all participants.

All participants will receive a custom race bib, finisher medal, race shirt, chip timing & more!

Chip Timing

Chip timing & race management is being provided by Southern Timing, LLC. All participants will receive a chip time with live results & an individual results page complete with pace breakdown, a finisher certificate & a 20 second clip of you crossing the start & finish line!
