After a very successful first experience in the Chamonix Cross in 2011, I am very disappointed in how my entry has been handled by Active Global for 2013. I entered along with two others, my brother Rob Goode & Ricky Berry on the same day, as part of a total group of 6 from Nottingham. However, the erratic nature of the administration & lack of response to email I have found to be more than disappointing. I am still awaiting a reply to my second message of request for clarity of where we stand.
