Race Description

The race will start and finsh on the High Street outside a famous fast food outlet with a couple of golden arches!

Runners are to pick up their Race Number, Chip and Baggage label from the helpdesk (located in the sports centre) in the morning, please arrive in plently of time to register.

The course will be familiar to anyone who participated in the Oldham Mayors Half marathon in years gone by, but for the uninitiated, expect hills!

Running clubs welcome and there will be team prizes (first 3 to count) for ladies and gents categories.

It will be a policy of the race that no headphones are worn. The race is not traffic free and participants will need to be able to hear any instructions from race officials.
