Race Description

Stockholm Midnight Run (Midnattsloppet in Swedish) is a 10K night run in Sweden’s capital. Over 20 000 runners are expected to run this summer the 13th of august.

Since we are celebrating 30 this year, will it be bigger, better and more fun then ever before. Our intends is to have some kind of entertaining/happening each 300 metre along the course!

We do not use traditional race-bibs with numbers in the Midnight Race, you will instead receive a DRI-Fit t-shirt from Nike. The race t-shirt is the latest in functional clothing and you must wear it during the race.

What makes the Midnight Run so exciting and unique is the late start time, the arrangements for the participants and the big audience around the course. The atmosphere is fantastic during the evening with music, happenings, Masqueradecompetitors in funny clothes and all the runners dressed up in alike t-shirts.

Bring your children to the short Midnight run!
The short Midnight run is approximately 2 KM and will be arranged the same day as the ordinary Midnight Run. The race is opend for children between 8-15 years. If you have younger kids? No problem, we have a race for them as well; the “Mini mil”.

Take the great opportunity to mix a summer break in one of the most beautiful cities in the world with a peculiar night race!
