Bootcamp for singles with My Friend Charlie.

Come and get fit with an awesome group of singles!

The MFC Bootcamp is a combination of running drills and kit based circuits, (run by a former Royal Marines Commando) and is the ultimate way to get fit, have fun and meet some like-minded people.

Class description:

A high energy, challenging, and fun running focused boot camp where you will move around Hyde Park completing circuits and running drills with other likeminded Londoners. Your trainer will push you within your own capabilities whilst varying the class to make it suitable for all abilities.

Points to note:

– Safe storage of belongings is available
– Please complete the following health questionnaire and bring it with you to your first class: https://www.fearsomefit.co.uk/parq
– Please bring water for the class
– Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather conditions
