Race Description

This is a free to enter monthly 5k race which has been going since 2012. It is on on a very fast flat tarmac course. It has prizes for first male, first female plus spot prizes. There is bottled water at the finish, toilets changing, secure baggage, parking / bike racks. It is a friendly race suitable for runners of all abilities. It was described by UKA adjudicator as ‘ A well organised event which provides runners with a monthly time trial over the same course and distance provided by an enthusiastic group of volunteers at no cost to runners !! ‘ It is just a turn up register and run race.
