Race Description

A free monthly 5k run held on the first saturday of each month at 10:00 throughout the year. It is a totally flat tarmac course which makes it fast. Just turn up, run and give your details in at the end.

Suitable for runners of all abilities from the club runner who is PB chasing to the newcomer wanting to try out a 5k race..

Now incorporating the North West grand prix competition – a race within a race held over all races this year for teams of 5 male or 3 female.
