Teams of 12 runners | 24 Stages | 33 Hours Non-stop

London Cardiff 24 is a 33 hour team relay challenge. You and your team run 24 stages (3-13 miles), through towns, over fields, and along footpaths from Twickenham to Cardiff.

You’ve 33 hours but can you work together to go sub 24?
