Race Description

12 runners – 30 hours – 24 stages
Start in London with your team (8-12 runners) and relay the 160 miles to Cardiff. Spend time with your mates, creating memories, having an adventure.

There are 24 stages run individually and 3 team stages where you run together as a team, including the midway night-time team stage.

When you’re not running, you’re in your team minibus, travelling between checkpoints, resting, eating and keeping spirits high. Annoying each other, telling stories, sharing experiences.
