L+M Hospital Summer Stride 5K and 10K @ Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, 365 Montauk Avenue, New London, Connecticut, United States on 20 July 2024

The community tradition continues with Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in a 5K and 10K road race for all ages and abilities. The 5K offers competitive and casual runners a great 3.1 mile race while also welcoming walkers and families with strollers on the relatively flat and scenic course. The 10K is a double loop with long straightaways, offering a fast course with stunning ocean views along Pequot Avenue.

Earn a high quality, Summer Stride technical short-sleeve shirt to wear proudly as a finisher. Then enjoy delicious and refreshing local ice cream from Michael’s Dairy to celebrate post-race.

2024 Challenge: In a popular return race series, the Shoreline Challenge explores three beautiful race courses in participants’ distance of choice! Start it off at the Mystic Half Marathon and 10K on May 19 and sign up for either distance at Summer Stride; and finish at the Surftown Half Marathon, Relay and 5K on September 8 to earn the special Shoreline Challenge medal.
