Race Description
Sunday 9th October sees the Lafarge Helwith Bridge Duathlon taking place at, er, Helwith Bridge, Nr Settle, Yorkshire Dales. Comprising of a 4 mile run, 23 mile cycle and then another 4 mile run (all on tarmac) with the relentless undulation that the Yorkshire Dales can supply. If not in a hurry, view the majestic scenery. And by the end of the race, marvel at the quality of the beer in the pub – a well deserved drink!
Solo or relay teams, a well relaxed atmosphere and raising money for charity.
