ARCHIVED RACE: Jim Bridger Trail Run @ Sypes Canyon, Bozeman, Montana, United States on 27 June 2015

The 21st annual Jim Bridger Trail Run is a 10-mile trail race with over 2,000 feet of vertical climbs through the beautiful Bridger mountains.

The race course features a scenic loop from Sypes Canyon trailhead, continuing across private property which is only accessible on race day. There are great climbs up Middle Cottonwood with a challenging water crossing, winding across the Bridgers and down Sypes Canyon.

Post-race features food, beer, prizes and raffles. Registration will open Feb 1, and will close when we reach our cap for this year’s permit. We anticipate an early closure so be sure and register today. Registration is $40 and includes shuttle both ways, a technical t-shirt, Friday night pasta feed downtown Bozeman at Schnee’s Boots & Shoes, and post race beer and food with amazing raffle prizes.

All runners will start at 9:00 am. There is a water stop at the entrance to Middle Cottonwood and water and aid at the top of Sypes Canyon.

Runners must be a minimum of 15 years old on race day to participate.

All proceeds got to support youth programs at Bridger Ski Foundation, a nonprofit ski club based in Bozeman, MT.

All race registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including in the event the race is cancelled due to weather or acts of nature.
