Race Description

The Brunswick Police Benefit Association is proud to host the 4th running of the “Hot Pursuit” 5K charity road race on September 8, 2012. The 5K course is USATF certified (ME09002RF), flat and fast!

The Hot Pursuit 5K is known for it’s law enforcement theme, the numerous award categories, police bobble-head trophies and the bag pipe entertainment.

All of the proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to support both our local law enforcement college scholarship program as well as the Maine Chapter of C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors). The Maine Chapter of C.O.P.S. provides resources to assist in the rebuilding of the lives of surviving families of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
