Race Description

A great fall 1/2 marathon run on a flat and fast course in Holland, MI, on the west coast of Michigan. Highlights include the curvy, wooded neighborhoods of Waukazoo Woods, 3 miles of Lake Macatawa viewing, looping through the Holland State Park with the Big Red lighthouse in the distance (and occasionally some whopping winds), and the beautiful homes following the Lake Michigan coast. A companion 5K run/walk starts 5 minutes after the 1/2 marathon – something for everyone! The 5K features two trail loops – one paved, one dirt – and a loop of the neighborhood inbetween.
