Race Description

6th running of this popular 10k through the leafy tarmac lanes around High Legh, Cheshire. The course is reasonably flat, with a couple of bridges over the M56 and is suitable for a fast early season run and for first timers, but no MP3 platers, please. Our marshals are encouraging and home-made refreshments at the finish much praised. There’s a goody bag and a runners shirt for finishers
