Race Description
The 32nd Annual GoodLife Fitness Victoria Marathon is a Boston Qualifier and the host of the 2011 BC Marathon Championships. The scenic, flat course starts and finishes in the Inner Harbour in downtown Victoria. The route winds itself through downtown, historic suburbs and features spectacular ocean views. Over 13,000 run the race which has been described by Runner’s World as a ‘Must do 26.2’. Race weekend also features a three day Race Expo, bus tours, a carbo gala dinner, and a Speaker Series featuring international running speakers. This year Bart Yasso and Kathrine Switzer headline the series.
