Race Description

The first 1.4 miles of the course is on paved roadway, and the remainder is on the 8′ wide paved Greenbelt Pathway. The race starts in a closed-off lane on Broadway. Runners will turn left on Breakwater Dr, right on Madison St, and then get onto the Greenbelt Pathway at Bug Light Park. There are spectacular views of the Bug Light lighthouse and the Portland skyline all along the Pathway.

Following the race, runners who are 21+ will be invited to the American Legion Post #35 in South Portland to receive their two free 16oz Goodfire beers! A beer garden will be setup outside in the Legion’s parking lot. Please have your I.D. with you if you did not receive a wristband during bib pick up.
