UKA Rules. Day of races for all ages:
Race 1. 11a.m. Under 13 Boys and Girls (1.8 miles). Entrants must be under 13 yrs old on the 31st August 2011. Awards to the first 3 individuals and 1st team (three to count)
Race 2. 11.20a.m. Under 15 Boys and Girls (1.8 miles). Entrants must be under 15 yrs old on the 31st August 2011. Awards to the first 3 individuals and 1st team (three to count)
Race 3. 11.40a.m. Senior and vet men’s relay race (2.28 miles). An award to the first three senior men’s and vet men’s teams. Award for the fastest men’s lap of the day (Alex Burns Cup). Award for the fastest senior and vet men’s lap of the day. 4 persons to count as a qualifying team.
Race 4. 11.43a.m. Senior and vet women’s race (2.28 miles). *THIS EVENT IS NOW A RELAY*. Awards to the first three women’s teams. 3 persons to count as a qualifying team. Awards for the fastest senior and vet women’s lap of the day.
Race 5. 12.30p.m. Under 17’s men’s & women’s race (2.28 miles). Entrants must be under 17 yrs old on the 31st August 2011. Awards for the first three individual’s men and women plus: 1st team (three persons to count as a qualifying team, men & women).
