Race Description

Enjoying a traffic free, fast flat promenade route taking runners along the shore line from Hythe sea front to Folkestone Harbour, the scenery of this beautiful coastal route is something not to be missed. The course is suitable for both novice and experienced runners alike, weather conditions permitting this is a great opportunity for a personal best! The race often attracts many London Marathon entrants and is certainly an excellent event to compliment a marathon training plan. In the past the race has enjoyed excellent support all along the route, and has received much praise for the excellent marshalling support. Changing facilities are available at race HQ, with sports massage available before and after the race. Refreshments and a shop will also be available on the day. Ample parking facilities are available in the area
