Race Description

RELIF, in collaboration with Next Step Counseling is proud to announce its 1st annual First Responders 5k run/walk. A fun-filled event for the entire family, celebrating the mental health and wellness of first responders. Held consecutively with National Law Enforcement Suicide Awareness Day, this signature event promotes a trifecta of mental health, physical wellness and community policing. Guest can expect live entertainment, celebrity appearances, a mental health fair, and expert fitness instruction. Event proceeds support programs designed to educate and train local departments on mental health and is impact on first responders.

Registration includes: t-shirt, pre/post race snacks.
