Race Description
How fast could you run if you were representing your country? Fancy being one of 1000 lucky participants who have secured the right to pull on their national strip and represent Scotland in the final leg of a 1164mile Celebrity challenge involving 4 teams of celebrities and sport stars representing England Ireland, Scotland and Wales. You will run side by side with your celebrity team mates as you compete in a chipped timed race against the other 3 nations in the other 3 capital cities which will all take place simultaneously. The event will be covered nationally on the BBC. The publics efforts and the speed you run the distance in will ultimately determine which country wins the race. Entry costs £60 but includes a high performance Adidas National team kit of Shorts and T shirts valued at over £50. There is also an undertaking that the participant will try and fund raise in the region of £350+ for Sport Relief to make a difference in the lives of others both here in the UK and the developing world.
