Race Description

The Escape from Folsom 10 Mile Trail Run starts along the shore of Folsom Lake and after a short section on pavement begins climbing the small hills of the shoreline for an out and back course that veers once to a scenic point along the lake and returns up some short but steep hills, with aid stations spread evenly along the course. The 5K course will be a combination of crushed granite, single track trails and some pavement on roads inside the park.
