Race Description

This is one of the most scenic events in the country with a fantastic course around the Chiltern Valley and the banks of the River Thames.

The Swim takes place in the River Thames and navigates the world-famous Henley Royal Regatta and Temple Island Meadows.

The Cycle is a lapped course with one large climb per lap. Any time lost going up will certainly be made coming back down through the Stonor Valley, which stretches for nearly 5 miles directly into Henley.

The Run course will be an undulating climb overlooking breath-taking views and landscapes in the final section of the event.
