Life Time—The Healthy Way of Life Company is producing Commitment Day. Commitment Day is an inspiring, nationwide movement that starts with individual awareness of the tremendous health, nutrition, wellness challenges
that we face and urges the making of commitments to take personal action against these very trends that plague us.

On January 1, 2013, hundreds of thousands of Americans will kick off the New Year by participating in a simultaneous five kilometer run/walk events (8 a.m. PST, 9 a.m. MST, 10 a.m. CST, and 11 a.m. EST) spanning 35 cities, including:

Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New Orleans, New York City, Omaha, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix,
Raleigh-Durham, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Tulsa, and Washington, D.C.
