Race Description

Ever wanted to run under a 3-story tall piñata and then devour breakfast tacos, a free beer or Mexican Mule, and other festive treats while being serenaded by live mariachi music? Then you’ll love the Cinco de Miler, a 5 miler Cinco de Mayo celebration disguised as a race. The race (party) returns in-person to Montrose Harbor in Chicago on May 6, 2023 with 5 scenic miles along Lake Michigan! Then, the fiesta begins the moment you cross under our piñata arch finish line. Join all participants for post-race beer, breakfast tacos, Mexican mules, horchata, live music, vendor booths, and more.
