Race Description

This is the seventh 10K road race in Carterton, joinly organised by Carterton Town Council and RAF Brize Norton. The race is held under UKA rules, comprising a two-lap course over estate roads and country lanes, with a short section of footpath to finish. The race is flat in profile and uses pavements where present. Maximum numbers have not exceeded 250. Carterton Leisure Centre is used as the Race HQ and provides bag storage, changing and toilets. Fruit and bottled water are provided for all runners, and there is free sports massage and a BBQ on site.
