Race Description

The 94th running of this event attracts elite athletes, recreational runners and walkers to this historic event. Staged out of the YMCA in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The route is out and back and includes 6 miles of paved waterfront trail. We have indoor registration, refreshments and awards. Change rooms with showers are available for entrants.
