Race Description

The Bowley Hill Trail Race is held in conjunction with the Great Harwood Agricultural Show. In fact entry to the show (£6.50) includes the race entry fee – there is nothing more to pay. Runners pre-entering will receive an admission voucher to the show, which has many attractions and is a good day out for all the family.
The course distance, which will be marked and marshalled, is about 5.5 miles along footpaths and bridleways in the vicinity of Great Harwood. There is some hill climbing involved to the top of Bowley Hill. The start and finish is on the Show Ground and there is a good range of prizes for male and female in the normal age categories.
