Race Description

. For those that are new to trail running and not sure what to expect, this will NOT be your normal little run down a flat crushed rock NCR type trail. To the more experienced types, this will be what you are looking for. The course will have flat/fast sections, rolling hills, minor stream crossing, fast descents, technical sections (ROCKS AND ROOTS) and HILLS, HILLS, and HILLS. Just remember “What goes up..must come down!!”.

The mission of the BLUE STEEL STAMPEDE 10K Trail Race is to bring the awareness of the Concerns of Police Survivors ( C.O.P.S.) organization and the incredible support services they provide to the family members of Police Officers killed during the line of duty.
